After a lifetime career as a federal lobbyist in Washington, D.C,. Delanne planted her roots full time on the Emerald Coast. She became a licensed REALTOR® and is proud to have joined the Premier Property Group. In 2018 she moved to Santa Rosa Beach while still commuting to our Nation’s Capital to provide advocacy for a national trade association. Some of her last duties when the pandemic hit included working with the President, Congress, FEMA and other Agencies. Delanne has also worked with corporations, physicians and hospitals, songwriters and playwrights and other diverse groups that had policy issues before Congress and the Administration. Her skill sets, including negotiating and working with Members of Congress, translate well into assisting and negotiating for buyers and sellers so they achieve their dreams in this incredible setting. Delanne has also been active as a Walton County Volunteer Beach Ambassador. In that capacity she provides turtle nesting education and double red flag assistance. In addition, she has been active on the Broad of the “Sassy Sisters”, a women's social group within the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, which raises money and awareness for Walton County charities and causes. Delanne is also a certified Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member.She is delighted with her decision to live and work full time in a place that has the nicest people and the most beautiful environment imaginable.
